At Warfield Glass, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality bespoke products tailored to your specifications. As such, please note that all bespoke orders are non-returnable unless they arrive in a faulty or damaged condition.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

In the unfortunate event that your bespoke order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, we are here to assist you. However, please ensure that the items are not broken into thousands of pieces, as this may impact the return process.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return for faulty or damaged goods, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Packaging: Carefully package the faulty or damaged items to prevent further damage during transit.

Please note that if the items are returned broken into thousands of pieces or show signs of misuse, a refund may not be issued.
