This Product is for Toughened Double Glazed Units with Sizes lower than 1000mm x 1500mm or (below 1.50sq M) but above 1000mm x 1000mm (1sq M).

In order to claim a Warranty we require a mimium of an Invoice Number to respond to the claim .
A Claim will only be looked at if your order was Paid in Full at the time of invoice as stated.
Toughened Glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal treatments to increase its strength compared with normal annealed glass.
When broken, Toughened Glass crumbles into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (aka: annealed glass) creates. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.
We always recommend Toughened glass to customers instead of Annealed Glass(Non-Toughened) because of the saftey aspect.
